Five stages from webhook to merge.

    Webhook from GitHub triggers the worker. The PR head SHA, base, and metadata are persisted.

    Resolve context
    Active rule profile is resolved per-chunk (per-PR override → per-path → per-repo → org default).
  3. 03
    Analyze
    Diff is chunked, linters dispatched in sandbox, LLM analyze stage runs with profile-shaped prompt.
  4. 04
    Synthesize
    Findings deduplicated, ranked, fingerprinted. Pre-merge gates evaluated. Cost stamped.
  5. 05
    Deliver
    Inline comments + summary posted. Check run updated. Slack/email notifications fire if configured.
